Remember to PRINT OUT the form. Simply filling in the application is not deemed to be a formal submission. The application must be printed and signed and then submitted in a conventional register. (Make sure you have all the documents to be attached ready before you fill in the application form as the electronic application procedure only lasts for a specific period of time).

- Photocopy of a currently valid passport (scanned document, max. size 400k, in jpg, jpeg or zip format)
- Photocopy of an official academic certificate including the qualification held and the marks obtained and their dates, with a translation into Spanish (scanned document, max. size 400k, in jpg, jpeg or zip format)
- The applicant’s updated curriculum vitae (qualifications, courses, labour experience), and documents justifying all the information included
- Report on participation in the research project (what can reach to the project)(as per template)
- 2 letters of reference (scanned document, max. size 400k, in jpg, jpeg or zip format)
- Documents vouching for knowledge of Spanish or English (scanned document, max. size 400k, in jpg, jpeg or zip format)
